Technical Leadership:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex integration solutions using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Function Apps, and Azure Integration Services (AIS).
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, both onshore and offshore.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and other stakeholders to define integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices in integration and cloud computing.
Onsite Leadership:
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for onsite clients and stakeholders.
Lead and manage a hybrid onsite-offshore development team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Resolve technical issues and provide timely solutions to critical problems.
Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback on team performance and project deliverables.
Integration Development:
Develop and maintain integration flows, APIs, and data mappings using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Function Apps, and Azure Integration Services (AIS).
Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms to ensure system reliability and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, working closely with the support team.
Azure, Kafka, and Apigee Expertise:
Leverage Azure Logic Apps and Azure Function Apps to create and manage integration flows, APIs, and data mappings.
Utilize Confluent Kafka for real-time data streaming and event-driven architectures (desirable but not mandatory).
Employ Apigee for advanced API management, including security, rate limiting, analytics, and monetization (desirable but not mandatory).
Optimize integration solutions for performance, scalability, and security.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in enterprise application integration, with a strong focus on the retail industry.
Proven expertise in Azure Logic Apps and Azure Function Apps with recent experience in at least 2 projects.
In-depth knowledge of integration patterns, API design, and data modeling.
Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
